Zappos is best known for their large inventory of shoes, handbags and other accessories. Unlike other retailers that don't have items on stock, they have more than 3 million items and over 1,000 brands in stock. Zappos has special fit size shoes as well, such as narrow and wide width shoes.

They have great customer service and every employee hired in their corporate office needs to do 4 weeks of answering phones before their actual job starts. In their bizrate rating they are outstanding in all categories. This covers over 150,000 reviews. I even recently read a post where a user wanted a specific shoe, zappos did not carry it and the zappos customer service representative redirected the user to a different website that carried it.
